Dr. Jade Wu is a board-certified behavioural sleep medicine specialist, researcher, speaker, and author of the widely praised book Hello Sleep: The Science and Art of Overcoming Insomnia Without Medications. She specializes in helping people overcome insomnia and rebuild a healthier relationship with sleep using evidence-based, non-medication approaches.

Dr. Wu completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at Boston University and her behavioural medicine residency and fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine. Her work has been featured by major media outlets including NPR, ABC News, BBC News, Scientific American, and The New York Times.

Known for combining science, compassion, and practical wisdom, Dr. Wu has become a trusted voice for people who feel tired but wired, helping them move away from perfectionism and anxiety around sleep and toward a more sustainable, human approach to rest.
