Widely recognized as one of the world’s leading voices on workplace listening, Oscar has dedicated his work to helping leaders, teams, and organizations transform the way they communicate by learning to listen beyond words.

Through decades of experience working with executive teams, boards of directors, and global organizations, Oscar has seen firsthand the impact listening has on trust, leadership, culture, innovation, and decision-making. His work challenges the assumption that communication is primarily about speaking, reminding audiences that the quality of our conversations is directly connected to the quality of our listening.

Oscar is the author of How to Listen: Discover the Hidden Key to Better Communication, regarded as one of the most comprehensive books ever written on listening in the workplace. He is also the author of Deep Listening: Impact Beyond Words and Breakthroughs: How to Confront Assumptions. His work has earned international recognition and multiple business book awards.

A former marketing and technology executive with companies including Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Polycom, and Vodafone, Oscar now advises organizations around the world including Google, American Express, Salesforce, Cisco, HSBC, SAP, Siemens, and AstraZeneca.
